Currently, Kojo Ansah is the President and CEO of Vistalux Limited, Vysta Oil and Gas, and VystaOne Holdings Limited, all in Ghana. A skilled and knowledgeable Business and Project Manager who brings a wealth of management experience, market savvy and business acumen to Vistalux Limited. Kojo has over 30 years of business, HR and project management experience across a variety of organizational sectors (public, private and non-governmental) and has played a strategic and an advisory role in Anglophone and Francophone Africa.
He has consulting & training experience in different fields within 15 countries, working with cultural diversity and has completed over more than 20 successful large consultancies across Africa. He has international work and travel experience in the USA, Canada, and over fifteen African countries in the Horn, East, West and Central Africa. His experience is in the roads, construction, mining, tourism, and internet communications technology sectors.
His expertise is in the management, design and implementation of people programs, program communication and capacity building. Kojo has three (3) Master’s Degrees. He is fluent in English, Fante and Ga with knowledge of French. Kojo Ansah obtained three (3) Master’s in industrial Relations, Public Administration and Arts from the Queens University, Canada and the Ohio State University, USA. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College in Ohio, USA.
