Edward Owusu Ankomah Morrison is a Telecommunication Engineer with over ten (10) years of working experience. Moreover, he is an Entrepreneur and a Social Activist who holds a master’s Degree in Engineering Management and a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering, all from the Ghana Technology University College. Among Mr. Ankomah Morrison numerous certificates are Cyber Security University from Charles Sturt University-Australia and both Demand & Supply Chain ad well as Customer Service Management from the Nestle Training School – Ghana.
Currently, he runs his own medical and safety company in Ghana. Prior, he was an Assistant Telecommunication Program Officer for ECOWAS Commission at the Head Office in Abuja-Nigeria. Moreover, he was the Country Director for Global Tolerance Organization, Project Coordinator for World Reader Organization and held positions at Nestle Central & West Africa (CWA), Vodafone, Mast Projects Infrastructure Company Ltd (MPI), Huawei and Airtel, all in Ghana.
Some key projects Edward Morrison has been involved include upgrading of 2G/3G Radio Access Network for Airtel – Ghana, 4G LTE Radio Access Network with MPI, Digital Bar for Nestle Central & West Africa (CWA), Intercultural Study Project with United Nations Youth Switzerland and Ghana, and Propagation Model for Non-Line of Sight for Ho- Volta Region.
Edward Morrison being a leader has served in several capacities in many organizations including the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE)-Ghana, AISEC-Ghana, GTUC SRC Judicial Committee, Ghana International Model UN (GIMUN), Data Bank Universal Economic School (DUES), International Youth Council (IYC) to Ghana Institute of Engineers (GHIEs.) and the United Nations Youth Association -Ghana. He is a member of the United Nations Youth Association Network (UNYANET) as well as the YALI Network.
Among others he applies innovation and creativity in his line of duty in addition with strong leadership and good communication skill to achieve organizational goals. He is a robust team player, motivator and an ambitious young man who crave to achieve life greatness.
