Dr. Batsa has a PhD in Management with specialization in Leadership & Organizational Change from the Walden University – USA; Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Entrepreneurship from the KNUST-Ghana and Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences specializing in Geography and Political Science from the University of Ghana – Ghana.
